Change the password without any software
Follow the simple steps mentioned below :
1.) Go to Control Panel and click Administrative Tools.
2.) In this section, double-click Computer Management.
3.) Select System Tools and the right window pane.
4.) Under this, simply double-click Local Users and Groups and then Users.
5.) Now you see all access accounts on your computer. Right click on any account whose password you want to change and click Set Password.

Open Command Prompt, with administrative privileges. (Startup type CMD, right click it and select Run as administrative)
In the CMD window type the following command and hit Enter
net user Account Name Your New Password
In this command replace Account Name by the account name (Account Name is case sensitive) whose password you want to change and replace Your New Password by the password that you want to set.
Now if everything goes alright you will see “The command completed successfully” on your screen, now type exit command and hit Enter
