How to Solve Slow Shut Down Problem

Do you get irritated when you shut down your computer and it takes too much time to turn off? here is the solution to this problem just follow these simple steps to solve this problem:


Go to Start and click on Run here is type ” Regedit ” and click ok
Find ” HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\’
Select ‘ WaitToKillAppTimeout’
Right click and ” Modify ”
Change the value to ” 1000 ”
And then click ok
Now select ” HungAppTimeout ”
Right click and select ” Modify ”
Change the value to “1000″
And click ok
Now find “HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop’
Select ” WaitToKillAppTimeout ”
Right click and select ” Modify ”
Change the value to “1000″
Click ok
Now find
” HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\’
Select ” WaitToKillServiceTimeout”
Right click and select ” Modify ”
Change the value to “1000″
Click on ok
Now checkout your problem has been solved…
